Join the group if you want to join yoga sessions by the beach in Foz do Douro. Right by the ocean with the sound of the waves🌞🌊. It will be a mix between Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga and all levels are welcome.
Let's take a break from our busy lifes, connect to ourselves, be mindful in the present moment, focus on our breath and be aware of our body, strengthen it and find deep relaxation.
