Whether you're using a digital camera or just your phone, this 2-hour guided photo walk will help you capture stunning images of other girls while learning the basics of composition, posing, and camera settings.

What to expect in this 2-HOUR workshop:

While learning about our menstrual cycle, we will have a little picnic brunch at the park.

About the host

Tamara is a women's cycle coach and founder of Align & Awaken. Through her work helping women sync with their cycles and reclaim their intuitive wisdom, she's witnessed how cycle awareness serves as a foundation for reclaiming energy, intuition, and wellbeing.

She believes that understanding our cycles is not just health information we should have learned in school—it's revolutionary wisdom that can transform how we work, rest, create, and live.

About the sound healer

Mary is a certified sound practitioner from Germany, traveling through Europe with 4 crystal bowls to explore life beyond the comfort zone and her daily job as a Remote Marketing Manager.
Her meditation journey started six years ago - with sound she found a powerful way to open safe spaces with others to slow down and reconnect with the body & mind.
