Preparing for the Solstice: Shifting Our Balances of Light and Dark

Dec. 19 6-7:30 pm PST on Zoom

Gather from the comfort of your own hearth and home to prepare for Winter Solstice energies and transformations, however that may occur or live for you.

We utilize the great powerful energies of this time of the year. There is a collective celebration and consciousness around the globe that we can tap into. And an opportunity to seize the chance for some inner bear time.

While many of us are also being drawn outward by the holidays, we can utilize the powerful energies of the solstice to go inward, introspect, then shed old unneeded things and launch into the coming of the light.

If you have time, set an altar honoring this sacred time of the year where we go inward, together, the dance between sun and Earth forming a pivot point and play in light and dark.

We will form intentions and sing and pray together, then go on a spirit-guided shamanic sound journey. You can sing, drum, chant, rattle as moved in the privacy of your own space, following the current of sound and spirit moving through my soundscape. It can also be a time to simply surrender, listen, feel,
All towards service of your soul through the shifting of balances in your light and dark.
