Burnout prevention and recovery begin with slowing down enough to truly feel where we are, and gently reconnecting with what we need and where we want to go - by coming back into the body and imagination.
On Friday, April 10th at 2:55 pm, we’ll meet at Buurthuis Lydia (Garden House), where Virag (Vi) Barabas, burnout & life design coach and founder of Amsterdam Recharge Club - Beyond Burnout, will guide us through a gentle, embodied exploration of our burnout journey and what’s beyond, using movement, visualization, journaling, and creative expression.
How to find the room: enter the building, go to the left, cross the main hall, take the door in the top right corner, leave the building, cross the garden, and you’ll reach the garden house.*
🌿 What to expect:
- Embodied exercises to reconnect with your body and inner signals
- A guided inner journey to explore your burnout and beyond
- Journaling and creative expression to deepen your experience
- Translating your insights into real life and steps to take
- Group sharing in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space
- After the workshop, an optional open space to stay a bit longer, connect, and share with others
✨ This workshop is for you if:
- You're going through or recovering from burnout
- You feel disconnected and overwhelmed
- You’ve been in your head and want to reconnect with your body and inner clarity
- You’d love to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences
🌱 You’ll leave with:
- A deeper understanding of where you are and what’s present for you
- A felt sense of direction - not just mentally, but in your body
- Clarity on what you need more (or less) of in your life right now
- One small step you can take in your everyday life
- A sense of connection, recognition, and shared humanity
💫 What to bring:
- Two small objects (we’ll use them in the session)
- A notebook and a pen
- An open mind and a willingness to explore 💛
⚠️ Important information
This event requires a €3,5 reservation fee to secure your spot. Make sure to complete the Tikkie payment along with your RSVP; otherwise, your spot will be offered to someone else.
Note: The reservation fee is non-refundable. If you can’t make it anymore, you can find someone to take over your spot, with prior approval from the host.
☀️ About the facilitator
Virag (Vi) Barabas is a group facilitator, burnout & life design coach, and the founder of Amsterdam Recharge Club - Beyond Burnout, a community for burnout prevention and recovery. After experiencing burnout herself, she shifted from a life driven by performance and external validation to a more grounded, intentional way of living, and now supports others in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and exploring what they need through embodiment, reflection, and shared experience.

- If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me directly. 💬
- After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
- You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery.
- Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. 🚫
