We are going to start back with our group meetups as hosts feel comfortable doing so. Please understand that as a community organization, we want to follow the safety guidelines set by the county. Please maintain physical separation as much as possible and wear a mask when you cannot. Our hosts will post their runs on Meet Up as they resume their schedules. Please check there to see when each group begins meeting. We are excited to see you all again!

This is a real Feel Good, Nice, and ReFreshing route. You can choose to do 4.91 miles OR less~

This route is just under 5 miles

• DEPART from Freedom Memorial Park & take a LEFT on Hay St

• TAKE Hay St all the way to the Courthouse & than come back up Hay St on the opposite side

• LEFT on Robeson St

• LEFT on Franklin St

• TAKE Franklin St all the way to the Courthouse & than come back up Franklin St on the opposite side

• LEFT on Robeson St

• LEFT on Russell St

• TAKE Russell St all the way to Gillespie St & than come back up Russell St on the opposite side

• RIGHT on Robeson St. back to Freedom Memorial Park

Parking will be located near the park restrooms building just towards Parkview Apts.

Come join us in fighting that midweek slump by doing 3, 4, or 5 miles in one of the nicest parts of town. Runners of all levels and paces are invited.If you are training for an upcoming race, or want to improve your speed or endurance, the event host will be more than happy to help in designing a program for you.

Slow! Fast! Injured! Walking! No Problem!

This meetup is at Hope Mills Park or run where you are and post about it!!

This is a 1 mile loop that goes around the Police Dept, Fire Dept, Library, and Town Hall. There's practically no way to get lost! And great for double digit pacers!
