Lymington to Keyhaven Wellbeing Walk, Sea Air, Nature Reserve and So Much More
Детали
How about joining us for a gentle community wellbeing walk from Lymington to Keyhaven?
This one is a little bit different from many of our usual routes. Instead of walking through the forest, we will be stepping into a beautiful sea and nature reserve environment with open views, sea air, wildlife, sand, space and some greenery on the way back.
The best bit? You do not need to be anything other than yourself. Everyone is warmly welcome.
About the walk
Our walk begins near Lymington with free parking, the exact location will be sent once your place is confirmed.
Distance: around 5.8 miles
Terrain: coastal paths, nature reserve paths and some tracks
Pace: gentle and welcoming
Breaks: we will stop when needed and keep everyone together
Please do not worry about pace. We walk as a community, no one gets left behind and you will be made to feel very welcome.
This is about far more than a walk.
It is a chance to step away from the noise of the world for a while. To slow down. To breathe. To be around kind people and feel what real human connection can do.
These events are lovely in themselves, the walk, the scenery, the fresh air and the time outside. But New Forest Wellbeing has never just been about the event.
It is about how people feel when they are there and how they feel when they leave.
So many of us are carrying more than people realise. Stress, pressure, old stories, worries about the past, thoughts about the future, work, family, health, money and all the everyday things that keep our minds busy.
When our minds are that full, how much space do we really have left for the present moment?
That is why these events matter.
When people feel safe, welcomed and accepted, something starts to soften. The stress drops a little, the mind quietens and people begin to listen differently, share differently and connect more naturally.
You do not need to know anyone before you arrive. This is not a closed group and it is not the same people every week. New people come along all the time and you will be welcomed as part of the community.
How to join in
We ask for a minimum £2 donation, either in cash on the day or in advance by bank transfer to our Metro account, whatever works best for you.
This small contribution helps cover the running costs so we can keep offering community wellbeing events.
If something comes up and you cannot make it, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance so someone else can take your spot.
No one left behind
If you are not currently working or money is tight, please just message me privately. Everyone is welcome and we will find a way that works for you.
This is all for the community
New Forest Wellbeing CIC is not-for-profit. Any proceeds after costs go back into creating more community wellbeing events and I do not take a wage from this.
I do this because I care, because I believe in people and because I have seen what can happen when the right community and the right environment come together.

Something special is happening
This community is about kindness, connection and creating a space where people can come as they are, not what the world expects them to be.
A space where people can drop the mask for a while, step away from the noise and feel a little more like themselves again.
We are building something that matters. A space where kindness ripples outward, where we support mental health, tackle loneliness and create more room for belonging, reflection and hope.
With warmth,
Mark
