Bangkok Pride Run 2025 🌈

Join for a fun, colourful frolic around Bangkok’s parks on the weekend of Bangkok’s 2025 Pride Parade! Everyone welcome, let’s run in support and with pride, celebrating and appreciating the diversity of Bangkok Runners and the wider community. Come dressed with some rainbow/pride colours if you choose, or to this year’s Pride theme of “born Thai way”. I’ll have rainbow accessories, body crayons and goodies to share out as well, so don’t worry if you don’t have anything. I wanted the run to be inclusive of all so I have made the route easy to follow and for runners to join all or some of the run. The plan is an easy pace (around 6:30min/km) dependent on the group. We’ll meet near the main entrance to Benjakitti Park and start with 3 laps of the lake, move over to the forest park, then along the green mile for 3 laps of Lumphini, a stop for coconuts and guava juice and then run back to the start. Join for all or some of the route depending on your distance preferences. I’ll stay on for a longer run back at Benjakitti if anyone wants to join me for longer too! I anticipate it will be approximately 17-18km. Let’s meet at 6:45 and we’ll starting running at 7.
