Ayn Rand, whose novels continue to be bestseller decades after publication, described her philosophy thusly: "My philosophy, in essence, is the concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute." We will hold free events where we discuss her writings, listen to recorded materials, and discuss applications of her philosophy to everyday life.
