Day 1 of the 30-day boxing challenge for beginners.

This is an online event — you do it from your living room.
What happens on Day 1:
- You get the first boxing movement (a basic fighting stance + jab)
- You watch the video guide (2 minutes)
- You practice for 15 minutes
- You film your attempt and share it with the group
- You see everyone else's terrible first attempts

No experience needed. No equipment needed. Just floor space and a phone to record yourself. This group is for people 35+ who've stopped moving and want to start again. The whole idea is "show it done
badly" - nobody's good at this on Day 1. That's the point.

What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes
- A phone to record
- 6 feet of floor space
- Willingness to look bad on camera
