About us

An online boxing fitness group for Bangalore adults (35+) who want to start moving again.

We meet virtually for a 30-day boxing challenge. Each day, the group gets one simple boxing movement to practice at home — 15 minutes, no equipment, no experience needed.

Members share their daily attempts with the group. Everyone's a beginner. The form is bad. That's normal. We're here for consistency, not perfection.

What to expect:

  • Daily 15-minute boxing movement (video guided)
  • Group accountability — post your attempt, see everyone else's
  • No gym, no equipment, just floor space and a phone
  • Supportive community of fellow beginners
