Memorial weekend is the unofficial kickoff of Summer, which means, BBQ!
***Everyone will be on the waitlist. I will then message you with Venmo instructions. Upon receiving $15 (to cover basic food/non-alcoholic beverages, plates/cups, and basic supplies, etc.), you will be moved to the 'going' list. #####Since this is at a friend's rooftop, not everyone will receive payment info or be moved to the 'going' list. Extract address and instructions will be provided to those on the 'going' list two days prior to the event.
*** Cost to attend:
***$15 (if pay by Thursday, 05/23) to cover basic food, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and party supplies. PLUS, you bring an item to share (whatever you want to bring).
***$18 (if pay by Saturday, 05/25)
***$20 (if pay by Sunday morning, 05/26)
Refundable with notice on/before Saturday, 05/25.
***Schedule of events: feel free to come and go whenever
- 11:30-1:00 pm: Arrival time
- Everyone will help with BBQ stuff
- 5:30 - 6 pm: Everyone will help clean up and then depart
***Items to be provided:
- Hamburger (with cheese and assortments of condiments)
- Chicken thighs for the grill
- Hot links/hot dogs
- Chips
- Plates/cups/utensils/napkins
- Cold water/hot tea/coffee/apple juice
- Reservation fees
***Items You Bring: Bring an item to share.
***Location: a super nice modern rooftop around 10th/Market Street, with 2 grills, an outdoor TV, fire place, tables/chairs and bathroom access.
It will be a super sunny day. Wear hats and sunscreen. Also bring a jacket for the wind.
