Let’s gather for a fun food meetup to enjoy Mala Hot Pot (Mala Sukiyaki) – a spicy and numbing Chinese-style hot pot that’s become a local favorite among Thais! (There are different types of soup for non-spicy people) and afterthat we will explor Ban That Thong road for dessert together.

🥢 What’s Mala Hot Pot?
"Mala" is a famous flavor combo from Sichuan cuisine — “Ma” means numbing (from Sichuan peppercorn) and “La” means spicy (from chili). It's a thrilling eating experience that’s both aromatic and intense!

🔥 Why do Thai people love Mala Hot Pot?
Thai food is already known for its bold flavors — so it’s no surprise that the fiery kick of Mala became a trend! It’s customizable, shareable, and fun to eat with friends. Choose your spice level, your ingredients, and dip it into bubbling broth while chatting away.

🍲 Recommended ingredients:

• Thin-sliced beef or pork
• Fish tofu & enoki mushrooms
• Mala dipping sauce (essential!)
• Chinese cabbage, lotus root, glass noodles

⚠️ Important Note:
This event may not be suitable for those who can’t handle spicy food.
If you’re a strict “0-chili” person, this meetup might not be the best fit 😅

• RSVP on meetup and the organizer will contact you a couple days the meetup date. If you don’t respond or confirm quickly, you name will be removed.

🥢 หมาล่าคืออะไร?
"หมาล่า" คือรสชาติอันโด่งดังจากมณฑลเสฉวน ประเทศจีน
คำว่า “หมา” แปลว่าชา (จากพริกหอมเสฉวน)
คำว่า “ล่า” แปลว่าเผ็ด (จากพริก)
เป็นรสเผ็ดร้อนและชาที่ไม่เหมือนใคร!

กิจกรรมนี้ ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่กินเผ็ดไม่ได้นะ
