We are taking biohacking outdoors for a special VOโ‚‚ Max Challenge โ€” a field run designed for athletes and longevity seekers alike.

If you have done it with us before, you can track how your VO2Max changes week by week - it should improve with regularly training.

Weโ€™ll be doing the Cooper Test โ€” a classic, lab-validated method to estimate your VOโ‚‚ Max using just a stopwatch.
