Ideal for **all skill levels**, this camp offers an opportunity to receive skill instruction from George Washington's coaching staff. Players will be grouped by experience & skill level to ensure the best possible experience. **What to Expect:** Offensive Skills II builds off the technical foundation developed in Offensive Skills I and shifts the focus to situational, game-like offense. Athletes will train in more dynamic, multi-contact scenarios such as pass-to-attack, transition, and off-blocker situations. This session is designed to simulate live gameplay, helping hitters make better decisions, adapt to different sets, and apply their mechanics in realistic volleyball contexts. We will spend the first hour & a half on skill instruction & the last 30 minutes playing competitive 6v6. 6v6 play will be recorded & distributed to participants so you can track your progress! **Camp Schedule:** 🗓️ *Thursday, May 28th* * 6:45 PM – Doors Open, Check-in begins at the Charles E. WHY: Mired in a disaster zone, travel or rural area far from a hospital, or natural area miles from an access point ... accidents, destructive weather, and terrorism happen, and all-too-often members of a group are not capable of dealing with the emergency. This leads to improper care of the patient, and endangers the entire group. Many recreational accidents are preventable, and improper care of trauma can compound even simple injuries. Very few first aid programs actually address the issues of providing emergency care in a setting where 911 is overwhelmed or not immediately reachable. In this course, classroom instruction and Q&A are interwoven with practical work and problem-solving exercises.
