In-Person Structured Networking Event for Marketers

Yes, it's time again to facilitate a structured networking event for marketers at Fieldwork Brewing in San Mateo (we do this about every three months or so). This is an opportunity for us to gather in person, share our experiences, and build new connections.

Unstructured Networking
From 5:00 to 6:00pm, we'll have unstructured networking, also known as mingling or schmoozing :-) Grab a beer or a bite (no host) and meet other marketers.

Structured Networking
At 6:00pm Rich Schwerin, our Meetup co-organizer, will lead the structured networking session. We'll form a circle, and each person will have two minutes or less to introduce themselves and share three things:

1. Their current or desired role/workplace
2. How we can best support them
3. How they might help others

After everyone has had a chance to share, we'll wrap up the event, but feel free to stick around and mingle with your new connections.

Venue
Fieldwork Brewing (3030 South Delaware Street, San Mateo) offers a wide selection of beers and a variety of snacks, and Roam Artisan Burgers is just across the street. You're welcome to purchase take-out from Roam and enjoy it on the Fieldwork grounds.

Transportation
If you plan to drive, there are parking spots near Fieldwork Brewing. If you prefer public transportation, the Hillsdale Caltrain Station is only a few minutes away on foot. We encourage you to use ride-sharing services to make your way to the venue.
