KNOW YOURSELF: SEE YOURSELF - Thai Abbot on practical meditation
Details
Ven. Vimokkha, abbot of Wat Pipphalivanaram in Rural Rayong will lead the session. While there are many meditation methods, the goal really is to 'know yourself' - this is not philosophical though; it is a dynamic meditation method that can and will change your life if you can find the way to it.
Focus will be on practical guides for making this a daily practice.
This event is in English language only.
