Is it normal in your school? Teachers meetup

Every school has its own way of doing things.

Something that feels completely normal to you might make another teacher say, “Wait… you do WHAT?” 😂

At our next Teachers’ Table, we’re putting those differences on the table.

• How much work do you take home?
• How do parents communicate with you?
• What happens when you disagree with a decision?
• How much freedom do teachers actually have?
• What counts as “normal” workload?
• And what things have you just accepted because “that’s how schools work”?

No right answers there. It will just be us, discussing and finding new insight, new connection and a form of understanding for what might be unseen where it is mostly needed.

Just teachers comparing experiences, asking “Is this normal at your school?” and maybe discovering that some of the things we thought were just our problem… aren't.
