La muraqaba est une méditation soufie silencieuse qui aide à purifier le cœur, à apaiser l’ego et à développer une perception plus subtile de la Réalité. C’est une pratique douce et accessible à tous, sans besoin d’expérience préalable. **COMMENT PRATIQUER** La méthode est simple : • S’asseoir confortablement, • Fermer les yeux, • Formuler intérieurement l’intention de la muraqaba, tout en tournant son attention vers son cœur, • Rester ainsi en silence pendant 40 minutes, en restant tourné vers son intériorité. **COMMENT COMMENCER** Nous dispensons des séances d'introduction à notre méthode de méditation en présentiel et sur zoom. Maria Mickos, née à Poznan (Pologne), diplômée en Arts et Littératures à L'Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales, vit à Paris où elle travaille dans l’événementiel et le social. En outre, elle traduit pour plusieurs journaux polonais et rédige des critiques de spectacles de théâtre et de danse. Depuis longtemps, elle s'intéresse aux questions migratoires et identitaires. Dans ses projets artistiques elle s'interroge sur la langue et la notion d'aliénation. The film follows a temporary small-town sheriff who uncovers dark mysteries after a local bank robbery.
