TUESDAYS: 6:30-7:30 PM Arizona
We explore meditative practices to skillfully meet challenges and fully savor enjoyable moments; practices that build our resilience and capacity to connect and collaborate. Together we develop insights to support individual and community well-being. Guided practice and silent meditation. Somatic practices and Heart Rhythm Meditation to facilitate nervous system balance. Optional Q&A and group dialogue at end.
