Our client, a highly recognizable online service, is looking for a User Experience Designer to join their team.

If you're an experienced UX designer who has a portfolio that shows off a process or user flow over several web pages, then read on! 

You'll be joining a talented and innovative UX Design team. 

You should be entrepreneurial and adept at developing precess flows, wireframes and designs that communicate detailed user interactions. 

You'll be able to work with the agency's existing design patterns and style and will be responsible for ensuring that their visual communications are current, consistent, and on-brand.


What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with web development team to ensure projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications

• Work closely with product managers and UX team members to bring ideas from conception to completion, including wireframes, page flow diagrams, and final designs

• Proactively lead brainstorming sessions, while effectively communicating design strategies and solutions to key stakeholders

• Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change

• Create innovative, high-quality user experiences across multiple platforms


What You Need:

• Bachelor’s (or +) degree in User Experience, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or other relatable field

• Samples of your ability to create examples through wireframes and prototyping tool

• 5+ years’ experience in interaction design or information architecture participating in the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched web site products

• Team experience: Able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team and foster a positive collaborative environment

• Expert knowledge of visual design tools, user interface design principles, user testing

methods, user-centered design practice and knowledge of the product development process

• Enthusiasm for web technologies, emerging design trends and innovations

• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
