The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, or as the locals call it, Jazz Fest, is the celebration of the unique culture and heritage of New Orleans and Louisiana. Featuring an endless amount of music, succulent local and regional delicacies, one-of-a-kind handmade arts and crafts, second line parades and so much more ? there is something for everyone at Jazz Fest!

With 12 stages of soul-stirring music?jazz, gospel, Cajun, zydeco, blues, R&B, rock, funk, African, Latin, Caribbean, folk, and much more?the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is a singular celebration. The event has showcased most of the great artists of New Orleans and Louisiana of the last half century, and has always blended in a wide mix of internationally renowned guests. You?ll really feel the heart and soul of the Crescent City at the new Wyndham La Belle Maison, located on Gravier Street in the famous Warehouse District, two blocks from the French Quarter. This original Franklin Printing Company landmark was meticulously restored, including an eight-story skylight atrium centerpiece with wrought iron railings and balconies on all four sides that lead to your unit. Interiors are luxuriously appointed with historic Crescent City d?cor, reminiscent of French Quarter courtyards and St. Charles Mansions. Creature comforts include an outdoor courtyard dipping pool, hot tub, fitness center, as well as other on-site amenities. Stroll outside to experience 6 miles of eclectic Magazine Street shopping- where chic art galleries mix with informal farmer?s markets and century-old warehouses are filled with furniture, books, fine papers, glass, antiques and jewelry.

I have a two bedroom/two bathroom deluxe suite on the 9th floor (best views) with kitchen, dining and living room reserved from Friday, April 23rd to Monday, May 3rd, to encompass the entire Jazz Fest. If you would like to stay for the second half of the trip (five nights), this is the Meetup to sign up for. The first half will be Friday to Wednesday, and the second half will be Wednesday to Monday (you could sign up for both halves, also). There will be two people per room at $100 each per night. A Jazz Fest four day weekend pass (general admission) is included in the price. I will be able to upgrade your tickets to a VIP pass as long as they are still available (fees are listed on the website), and you would send me a check for the difference in price for the upgrade. I will be upgrading my ticket, because I enjoy a concert with reserved seating and other perks that go along with it. Let me know if you have any questions.
