I understand that SIG's are an obvious way to find the right person,
but I believe cold calling job postings will turn people away from the
mailing list. Don't you think so?

I would like to see a more active discussion about general  XP & Agile
skills, job profiles and XP related news and events here in the city
on the list.

Maybe we need another mailing list for more active online
participants. So let's give it a try here:
