Serverless is taking over the world. The team behind the first ServerlessConf (http://serverlessconf.io) in New York, have joined forces with the team behind the Serverless Framework (http://serverless.com), to bring you Serverless Meetups (http://www.serverlessmeetups.com). A global series of events focusing on building applications using Serverless Architectures with technologies like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google CloudFunctions, IBM OpenWhisk and more!

We've already hosted two successful Serverless Meetups in Sydney (https://www.meetup.com/Sydney-Serverless-Meetup-Group/events/229430954/) and Melbourne (https://www.meetup.com/Melbourne-Serverless-Meetup-Group/events/229430960/), which had great reviews. We're now bringing this to London. Our first meetup is the night before the AWS Summit in London on 5 July. We're in the process of securing a venue, and will announce it shortly.

This is a group for solution architects, developers, and cloud enthusiasts who are interested in serverless technologies. We want to talk about how serverless architecture and serverless technologies can make things easier, cheaper, and help to accelerate development of projects.

We'll be announcing the speaker line up soon, but Florian Motlik, former CTO of CodeShip, and new CTO of the Serverless Framework will be speaking, and A Cloud Guru will be giving away prizes amongst others. We'll have a mix of lightning talks and slightly longer talks. If you want to talk drop us a line!
