Welcome Fellow San Franciscans !!!

Hey everyone -
I just couldn't watch this group ride off into the sunset! While I could only hope of filling Zobeida's fun and energetic shoes, I'm going to give it a whirl and pick up where she left off.

I met some cool people and we did some fun things with this group. Here's hoping you will come to our Meetups and do the same. While the group will still be city-centric, occasionally we'll broaden our horizons (I live on the Peninsula) and do things in other locales.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for the group, my office door is open! I plan to underwrite the Meetup fee at least until things get rocking. Look forward to our next Meetup really soon. Hope you can make it.

The best thing about this city is the amazing variety of things there are to see and do. Comedy clubs, open mic nights, street festivals - something to suit all tastes!. Visitors have to pick and choose but for us, San Francisco is our playground!

If you're new to town, rowdy friends all settled down, or you want to check out things your friends aren't into, guaranteed there's someone else in the same boat.

1000+ is a lot so I don't expect anyone to be able to come up with all so a couple of baseline rules before kickoff -
- Please contribute at least one activity idea
- Please participate in at least 1 event every 60 days
- We will keep meet-ups manageable size so we get to know each other
- Please do not repeatedly fail to show after RSVP-ing YES. Things do happen, but we want to make this worthwhile of everyone's time. Life is short!
- Please post a pic - it's nice to put a face to a name
- Guests are welcome but please remember the group parameters (20-40 something singles)

Formalities done! Let's take a little class, mix in a little kitsch, maybe even a dash of tacky and we'll get a fun, quirky blend of the best this city has to offer!
