Here it is. . .

Join 106 Miles, Edtric, OC Hackerz, ROC, Startup OC, and in this meetup mashup to preview the most anticipated product launch of the year.

Even when the world of wearable devices has existed for some time now, Google Glass has made a big splash and is the wearable device that today offers the best promise of making wearables massively adopted.

Google Glass on the Spot will explore Google Glass in the light of the Explorers Program, from the user perspective as well as the business opportunities that Glass is opening up.

The first part of our session will cover a general introduction to the state of the art, user experience and current possibilities of Google Glass. It will include demonstrations straight from Glass of basic mechanics, uses and current applications (called Glassware). Also, the near future capabilities of Glass will be demonstrated by showing current Glass hacks that make the device more readily available for context augmentation, live processing and multiple other specialized uses.

The second half of our session will be geared towards business scenarios and potential for Glass. We’ll briefly review available emulators, tools and examples you can use to develop and test for Glass. We’ll explore the available business possibilities,  estimate future revenue models you can put into play to profit from Glass, talk adoption, competition and related technology that will serve to magnify glass. We’ll also discuss the overall market opportunity and explore how to ensure maximum traction, utility and appeal.

Glass is already opening a new wave of innovation in the level of hardware, software and business opportunities. We invite you to be a part of this new technological wave!

UR Right! I can see that now on my PC browser that there are 48 GA still available. Sorry!!! When I checked on my phone it shows Sold Out for Early Bird and 0 for GA. The 0 is not the quantity available but a drop down box that lets you pick quantity. On the phone it does not show the quantity available. Hope this doesn't confuse others.
