Alex talks about what impact do internationals have on Hamburg. He himself turned from employee in London to entrepreneur in Hamburg and tells us what that means for him, others and the city.
Alex Ahom is a founder from London and he's been here in Hamburg for just over a year. At the moment he's enjoying developing my ideas at Shhared (http://www.shhared.de/) and building relationships. – The journey is special so you may as well take someone along with you.

About:
Dr. Marcelo is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He moved to Hamburg in early 2014 to join the Knowledge Technology Group of Hamburg University.
Marcelo has background in computer vision and robotics, that he acquired from University and working for the industry, developing solutions to inspect the quality of final products. He works now with a challenging field of neuroscience. The idea behind his research is to use neural and cognitive models to improve the capabilities of robots and also propose and test new models in robots that could explain how the human brain works. Other interests include topics such as multi-robot cooperation and object recognition. With this research Marcelo wants to improve the interaction between robots and humans, and also to try to make robots think like us.
