24 years on the job as a jack of all trades, master of none….aka Justice of the Peace in Precinct Four Tarrant County, Texas, out on the historical Jacksboro Highway, in beautiful downtown Lake Worth, Texas.

Former instructor for the Texas Justice Court’s Training Center at Texas State University in San Marcos.

Former member of the Texas State Supreme Court Rules Committee.

Wife, mother, grandmother, landlord and author of the Texas Renters Book (which will be available again in an updated format, in about three months).

She will be speaking at 1REClub to investors on how to evict tenants, instruct you on filling out the right forms, what you need to file & give as notice on those you are trying to remove from a property.
