Time to bone up on our kitchen skills! I know I could always use some fine tuning... this class sounds like the perfect solution!

Throughout this 2-hour, hands-on class Liz will show you how to: julienne - dice - chiffonade - and chop as well as other chef's tips for cutting vegetables. Learn how to properly hold and use your knives as a way to save time and effort in the kitchen.

Soup and Bread included! (yyummm...snacking..my favorite hobby!!)

Materials Required: 1 chef's knife from home, wood or plastic cutting board (14-24") Liz will have her knives and sharpeners available for purchase at class.
