By pointing one's feet at 22 1/2 degrees, it is possible to scale a mountain without being totally exhausted at the top. We often tackle our mountains head on, at 90 degrees, and we are totally worn out IF we make it to the top. Here we are about women helping women to scale those mountains that life throws at us, reach the top with energy left over, and be ready for the next challenge. We have many long-range plans to accomplish this goal, and we welcome women who want to be involved in promoting women, healing and developing friendships,
