This flag football group is for players who are age 30 & up. The focus of this group is to support recreational but competitive games where mature football fans can participate in a sport they love without hurting themselves in an effort to keep up with more energetic 20 year-olds.   I intend for this group to be more welcoming to players who are trying to get back into shape while participating in a sport they love. Games are expected to be Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings at Marymoor Park. There are no established teams. Members simply RSVP for weekly games that they're able to attend.
