Because my time is limited, I like to get my daily cardio done in 30 min. or less. If this is your situation also, you will love the intensity and quick burn of my 30 min Cardio class. All levels are welcome. It is easy for me to modify any exercise to fit your needs.
I doubt you will EVER do as intense a cardio workout by yourself!
