Meetups are are held at 343 Labs, one of NYC's leading music production schools and Ableton Certified Training Center in downtown Manhattan. The Chop Shop Monthly Sample Challenge, hosted by Great Dane, is an exciting remix competition and live event held at 343 Labs NYC, located at 119 W 23rd St, Studio 700.
The event takes place on June 25 from 7-10 PM, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverages (BYOB). Each month, samples and stems are released on the first Thursday, with submissions due by the last Thursday of the month.
Participants can submit their beats, receive feedback from special guest judges, and win prizes.
Highlights of the event include feedback and judging sessions and the compilation of winning beats into a mixtape on 343 Labs’ SoundCloud. This event is open to all members of the 343 Labs community.
