3 Day Startup Israel is a local 3 Day Startup program founded by Yosi Atias, Gadi Zimerman & Efraim Pettersson Ivener. We are group of local students and professionals interested in contributing to the entrepreneurial culture within Israel, by organzing 3 Day Startup Events at Academic Universities and Colleges all around the country.

 

The idea of 3 Day Startup is simple: start a scalable company over the course of three days (usually a technology company). We do this by taking students from different disciplines--MBAs, computer science, film-making, engineering, neuroscience, law, etc--and guiding them through the early stages of forming a new venture. Over three intense days, participants in 3DS brainstorm ideas, conduct market validation, devise business models, build prototypes, and pitch to actual investors and successful entrepreneurs. The result is an experience that inspires innovation by requiring participants to actually build and launch companies.
