If you haven't already done so, please read the book our group is based on.

This is the format for our meetings:

* One minute intros from each person (yes, we'll be timing)
* Presentation from a member (10-15 min when available)
* Group discussion of the week's topic (10-15 min)
* Hot seat mastermind (10 per person for up to 5 people)
* Recap, meeting evaluation, planning for next meeting (5 min)

All in all, the meeting should last around 2 hours.

The topics rotate each meeting between the following (decided by popular vote):

* Internet marketing
* Outsourcing life
* Product creation
* Mini-retirements
* Finding the muse
* Testing the muse
* Habits
* Management by absence

We can do other topics too if we get requests.

Since we'll only have time to have 5 or so people in the hot seat (20 members would take over 3 hours!), we ask that you come prepared with written goals, what you're working on and any sticking points you'd like feedback on.

Even if you don't get to be in the hot seat, you'll probably find other people's experience will help you in your situation just by listening in.
