How many of us have experienced that voice inside that when we pay it attention, have lost focus on our goals. How effective are we within our fields of expertise when our minds are elsewhere?
How many have found ourselves saying, 'NOT AGAIN!'. Our capacity to perform can at times be hampered by our own emotions, and regardless of our fields of expertise, these emotions will all have been developed at an early age. So how we do we change this?
This presentation will explain what mental wealth is, and an insight into a unique and proven method for overcoming negative emotions to create tremendous, long lasting positive changes, changes that can unlock the unlimited resources you have within.
Bio: Andy Lee served for 16 years with the Royal Marines, during which time he gained valuable experience as a professional trainer and facilitator, both organising and participating in the training of individuals and recruits around the world.
He was discharged with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and having successfully overcome this, went on to train as a practitioner and trainer of a number of globally acclaimed holistic, alternative approaches including NLP, Hypnotherapy, Spectrum Therapy and Time Line Therapy.
Andy has worked with a number of Charitable organisations, using his own experiences to help others develop and last year helped to set-up a national charity, Invisible Injuries.
He has spent the last 3 years researching and developing a unique process, Creative Communication Therapy (CCT), which has had unparalleled success in the fields of business training, therapy and education.
CCT has helped individuals to develop their mental wealth, overcome a range stress related conditions including 'burn out' and PTSD, and empower those persons so that they can increase their performance.
Andy is the founder of Positive Developmental Change, a not-for-profit community interest company who are the sole providers of CCT in the world and providing workshops and professional training courses to individuals and business's both within the UK and abroad.
