After Work Saint Patrick's Day Celebration!

Unfortunately for you rat-racing 9 to 5'ers, Saint Patricks Day falls on a Monday this year, but that doesn't mean you can't dance, prance, frolic and consume a few (hundred) beers with me after work.

Here's what I'm thinking: Let's meet next to the arch in Washington Square Park at 6pm on Monday, March 17th. We'll hang out for 20 minutes before we proceed to find a bar that can hold our group. I have multiple local ideas so you can just follow me.

To participate in this, you do not have to be Irish, but you HAVE to dress for the occasion. You MUST wear something green and it has to be visible to the public: a shirt, a hat, a little green dress, green beads, dress up like a leprechaun, the Jolly Green Giant, whatever. The more green, the better. If you wanna douse yourself in body paint and green glitter, please feel free. Let's get crazy and paint the town green. Are you psyched? I am.

My events are about meeting people and having fun. All ages are encouraged to attend: Single, married, couples, widows, gay, straight, black, white and everything in between. Just be friendly and have the ability to socialize with relative normalcy.

If you've never been to a meetup, don't worry, there are always new people. The event host is very nice and friendly. You can come alone or bring a friend or two or three. Upon your arrival I'll greet you and introduce you to some people. It's really quite painless.
