Note: There is street parking. Parking in Flushing, Queens is difficult, try to arrive early to secure parking and a seat!
Public Transportation: Take the 7 Train to Main Street Flushing and walk to Northern Blvd. (make a right, cross the street and look for a brown historical church like building.)

tess, could you post a waiting list, please? It doesn't require extra work for you--it operates automatically--and it's standard practice for most meetups where too many people want to go.

That's true. The advantage of a waiting list, though, is that one gets transferred automatically onto the going list as soon as a spot opens up.
Without a wait list, one must check frequently to get in as soon as the spot opens up. It really isn't hard to open a waiting list.

I though I had RSVP for this. I hope a spot opens up. Perhaps, anyone who did not get a spot can still go separately to event as it is a cultural event? I'm wondering if it is just open to anyone in public if room allows.
