Sneakers are OK but hiking shoes will be better. Bring some water,

DIRECTIONS
I-495 E/Long Island expressway, exit 44N to merge onto NY-135 N toward Syosset. Then exit 14E for Rte 25 E - Jerico Turnpike (toward Woodbury). Slight right onto 25 E (Jericho Turnpike). Park in the Trailview Parking Lot next to the Stop and Shop supermarket.
