5bluebirds breathwork and meditation

This group is to allow us to come together on a regular basis for meditation and breathwork. Breathwork is offered on a low-cost, sliding scale.

We meet in the North Oakland / Berkeley area at the East Bay Healing Center at 1840 Alcatraz Ave.

We currently are offering the following services:

* monthly Clarity Breathwork Circle (usually 3rd Sundays, 4:30 - 7:30)

* private Clarity Breathwork sessions on Fridays and Saturdays (by appointment)

About Clarity Breathwork:

Breathwork is a powerful and gentle way to connect to your creative intelligence and bring about deep personal transformation. Clarity Breathwork increases energy and awareness - while working to understand, accept and to clear thoughts, feelings and emotions as they arise. The goal is to experience our true selves, to embody a sense of wholeness, well-being and joy.
