Python Meetup

757 Labs (map)

Selected By: Jeff Self

757 Python Users Group meeting.

For now, we're going to be looking at web applications and web application frameworks.  We'll start with Django.  We'll move on to others, depending on the interest folks have.

Absolutely!! I'm thinking that a "welcome to python" tutorial might be a good idea.

Yes that would be much appreciated. I have some experience in C++, but I am interested in learning this language.

I've got a "welcome to python" tutorial that should be good for n00bz and allow the experienced to help out with details, color commentary and any deep dive questions that come up.

I like the idea of a Python tutorial; it's been quite a while since I dug into any programming, (key punch cards anyone?) so anything of a tutorial nature is greatly appreciated.

Here's the URL for the presentation http://www.itmaybeahack.com/web/python/python3_handson.ht... That's been updated based on last night's conversation. Thanks!
