Succession was one of those things I touched upon in my book. Someone finally put up a good video explaining the likelihood.
US Constitution sets up the Empire:
Many only know the words of the Bill of Rights and believe that to be the main part of the United States Constitution. The Constitution covers much more than our rights and the first ten amendments were added to ensure the content defining the USA would be passed without opposition. With statements like this “The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States”. Even if a state is granted succession it would still be a territory of the United States and without U.S. Congress approval would remain property of the United States. The Preamble contains the term “General Welfare” which allows the interpretation to mean that the U.S. Empire has the responsibility concerning its people’s health, morals, safety and well being. This General Welfare allows the U.S. Empire to make federal laws that it assumes to be in the best interest of the people under its control. Article 1, Section 8 Clause 3 gives the U.S. Empire control over all commerce, foreign and domestic. Puzzling Words 2012
