Greetings all,
Saturday's meetup was so successful, I wanted to keep the ball rolling and offer the first class of the Deeper Connection series. As discussed in An Introduction to Tantra, we can not connect deeply with each other until we clear our hearts and minds from past conditionings. So let's start with our energy centers know as the Chakras.
In this class we will discuss how to figure out what we need to work on, techniques that can be used to do so, different Teas available to assist, the power of vibrational healing featuring the Gong, and Mantras (vibrational sounds you create to heal your self.) In case you don't have a gong at home. (-: We will also touch on the importance of nutrition, communication and the subject of neural reconditioning.
Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing as we will be on the floor, moving and stretching before the Gong meditation.
This class will be over at noon. See you then!

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
This will be an ongoing class and if you want to pay in advance the cost drops to $50 for 1 month or $80 for 2 months.
