A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, Inc. , the largest all volunteer, foster-based animal rescue group in Palm Beach County. The volunteers assist with the care of the animals, the adoption process as well as helping to condition pets to living in a home environment versus a shelter including potty and leash training when necessary. The group continues to show a successful track record of combining a no-nonsense goal of saving pregnant, nursing and orphan’s animals lives with the blood, sweat and tears of countless volunteers. In its fourth year, A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue continue to grow rapidly and has established relationships with various pet stores in Palm Beach County (including PetSmart, and Petco) and is now making efforts to expand into St Lucie and Broward County as well. Together with tireless efforts and ongoing relationships over 2,500 animals have been saved year to date.
