Hi Runners!

Nice job on your 6 miles Saturday. Everyone looked strong!

Here is your schedule for the week (FT = Foundation Training):
Sun = 3 miles
Mon = 3 miles +20 min FT
Tues = Off
Wed = 4 miles +20 min FT
Thur = 30 min FT
Fri = Off (stretching, yoga, walking all OK)

Saturday = We will run 8 miles in the beautiful city of Sierra Madre and we will have breakfast after for our hard work! Make sure to park BEHIND the meat market or you will get a ticket.
**Remember to get some sleep and eat good (lots of protein and good carbs = sweet potatoes, whole grain pasta, beans, eggs, peanut butter etc.) Don't forget your water for Saturday and some sort of carb replacement (GU, beans, shot bloks etc.)

      Like what we talked about before, Gillian. We were scared when we started 101 and we did it, one foot in front of the other. You can do this the same way. One foot in front of the other. Don't think about the mileage. It's just a bunch of numbers that try to scare you. :)
