Nice job on your 6 miles Saturday. Everyone looked strong!
Here is your schedule for the week (FT = Foundation Training):
Sun = 3 miles
Mon = 3 miles +20 min FT
Tues = Off
Wed = 4 miles +20 min FT
Thur = 30 min FT
Fri = Off (stretching, yoga, walking all OK)
Saturday = We will run 8 miles in the beautiful city of Sierra Madre and we will have breakfast after for our hard work! Make sure to park BEHIND the meat market or you will get a ticket.
**Remember to get some sleep and eat good (lots of protein and good carbs = sweet potatoes, whole grain pasta, beans, eggs, peanut butter etc.) Don't forget your water for Saturday and some sort of carb replacement (GU, beans, shot bloks etc.)
