Nice work Saturday. I know some of you had some issues, not to worry. As I've said before, bad runs happen. What to do now....forget about it and put the run behind you. Get ready for our long run Saturday...12 miles! Again, you got this, just one mile at a time.
Here is your schedule for the week.
Monday: 3 miles +20 min FT
Wednesday: 4 miles +20 min FT
Thursday: 30 min FT
Saturday: 12 miles :)
