Do you currently run or walk for fitness?

I have been running for a couple of years now- with Snails Pace. YAY!

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

I am intermediate.

What is your short-term goal (3-12 months from now)?

To be able to complete the 5K race and actually be able to run a longer distance was my initial goal, now....MARATHON BABY!

What is your long-term goal (12-24 months from now)?

To continue to improve my fitness and running ability.

What other related activites do you participate in?

Occasionally hiking, walking- getting outside.
