Downhill from here: Wednesday Social Run

4 to 6 miles , depending on your interest; 8-11 mins/mile, depending on your speed.

Our regular route will be out and back to the mill (5.5M total). If you want to turn back early and do a shorter run, that will work. If you want to do an additional loop to add some distance on the way back, you can do that too.

We'll be setting off at 6.15pm prompt. If you sign up but expect to be a few minutes late, please let us know so that we can wait for you!
