The Arizona Association of Independent Paralegals (AAIP) is a non-profit organization comprised of non-lawyer document preparers throughout the state of Arizona. The mission of the AAIP is to advance the practice of independent paralegals in providing document preparation and other related services to Arizona citizens; to inform the public of the choices available in handling their legal affairs simply and affordably; and to oppose efforts by any person or entity to restrict these rights.

The Arizona Association of Independent Paralegals is dedicated to the principal that the law is created by the people and for the people, and that Arizona citizens have the right to retain and employ a person of their choice to assist them in the preparation of their legal documents. If you are an Arizona CLDP, the AAIP strives to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to expand your career. From AAIP-sponsored workshops, meetings, seminars and CLE sessions --to community service and marketing programs-- the AAIP is your association, dedicated to helping you advance your career and the legal document preparation profession.
