Our Vision:

We are a group of households who are in the land search phase. We are currently looking for land that will support 25 to 35 homes, our common house, and other shared outdoor amenities.

To create and move into a sustainable cohousing community within 5 years.

By “community” we mean we live among people we know and care about as an extended family, we share common facilities and common land, but not necessarily common views. We do, however, respect others’ values.

By “sustainability” we mean we strive to reduce our ecological footprint by shared facilities, shared expertise, and conscious design, with the goal of minimizing material possessions and energy and water use and using renewable alternatives.
