Thursday knitting and crocheting

REQUEST FOR THE JASON'S REGULARS: Please RSVP so that new folks can see that we indeed have a healthy lively group ready and willing to accept new members. When only one person is signed up (me, the organizer) it looks like no one is attending and that discourages any new people.

Come on over to Jason's. The deli has proven to be a good place to meet. The food is good, and there's free ice cream! The coffee and tea is basic, inexpensive, and flows in unlimited amounts. We get plenty of tables and chairs. Our conversations can easily be heard over the background sounds.

Okay, I'm going to try meeting up with you all again this week. But could you email me precise directions. I got lost the last time. I was wondering if you could add a couple of landmarks I could use to help me. Thanks so much! Larisa

oops. Let me continue. Go north on Coors about 3 miles. Streets of Note when passing are Paseo Del Norte and Irving. When you pass Irving, get on the right lane and the very next light (about half a mile) is Coors and you want to turn right at that light. In fact your lane will become right turn only. If you do not go right you end up on Coors bypass (the main road now). You do not want to be on Coors bypass. to be continued...

Get on the left lane and drive about a mile. Alameda is, I believe, the fourth light. It comes after Old Airport road so look for the light at Old Airport and you'll know the next light is Alameda. Turn left at Alameda and stay on the left lane. Turn left at the next light - I don't now the name of that street. You'll see a big Lowe's sign there. Once on that street make the first left and you'll be in the shopping center that Jason's is in. On the left is Starbucks and Jason's is in the building on the right on the far end. Clear as mud? If you find yourself lost, give me a call or text me:[masked]
